The launch of the Colosseum was a success! Lot’s of traffic at both of their open days with some good genuine interest! “An excellent job, well done” has been the feedback from our Client for providing them not only with a full marketing pack to promote their development off plan, but for the support throughout the journey to making their launch of The Colosseum a success!
Our Client approached us for advice on how to market their luxurious Georgian Crescent off plan. The epitome of classic Georgian period design in harmony with today’s modern luxury design style and living! Now bring this project to life was our brief!
Initially we advised them to have some CGI’s, a low level shot taken from inside of their development, advising for it to be close to the entrance road with a view across their communal area. For the second CGI, we advised they have a birds eye view to portray the impact and scale of the site with particular attention to detail on landscaping.
In addition to this and to conclude the first phase of this project, we advised to design and build a bespoke 10 page website for them with the objective of driving as much registered interest for their private launch day. Click here to have a look
So once the CGI’s and bespoke website had been produced it was time to crack on with phase two. Let’s really show off the CGI’s by designing 3 Banners for their use outside of the development. We kitted out Robert Bell with more Artwork for their branch which included a pop up banner and four window displays. Taking it a step further with their advertising, we sent the CGI’s to Waterside Shopping Centre in Lincoln and designed some Artwork for the Lincolnshire Echo as well. The final piece to the project was the design and print of a 16 page marketing brochure for them to take to their launch which I tootled to branch myself and hand delivered them last week!
We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Tennyson Homes and Robert Bell & Co throughout this project and it isn’t stopping here either…
This is what I love the most, building some strong, long term relationships and partnerships with companies in and around the area. I wish them all the success with The Colosseum!!
